How many of us congratulate players on the other team for good plays/scoring points?

I try to make a habit of doing this. I also know that I've heard many players in the Jayhawk division do the same. It's something that I think is very important, because it keeps the mood light, and reminds everyone that, even though we're on opposite teams, we're still friends and we're still playing a game and having fun.

I try to do it all the time, and since I'm usually an offensive player, I am most likely to congratulate the goalies on some pretty good defensive plays around the goal. I guess it's because I'm still pretty hapless on defense, so when I see one of my teammates or the opposition do something great, I'll let them know. I happen to think that most of the 'great' plays are defensive.

But, yeah, agreeing with Robbie, it's all about fun, and it's more fun for everyone when good crumpets is acknowledged.
